Food & Drink
Three Trees is a natural foods company that makes delicious nutmilks: almondmilk, cashewmilk, and pistachiomilk. We are committed to helping people choose plant-based foods that are better for their health and the environment, by making the best nutmilks. Our target consumers are people who are interested in eating better, who want to cut back on animal products and increase healthy, plant-based foods in their diet. They may be vegan or vegetarian, they may have milk or soy allergies, or they may simply be concerned about growth hormones and antibiotics in dairy, and estrogen and GMO in soy. They are all food-interested.
What's your vision?
We make almondmilks, cashewmilks, and a pistachiomilk. The flavors are: Almondmilk Vanilla Almondmilk Vanilla Unsweetened Almondmilk Cold Brew Coffee Almondmilk Chai Spice Cashewmilk Vanilla Cashewmilk Cinnamon Cashewmilk Chocolate Pistachiomilk So the designs need to not only make it clear what kind of nutmilk it is, but also the flavor. The bottle labels need to look premium to convey the premium quality and price point of our nutmilks. They retail for US$8 per bottle. The current 16oz bottle is in a French Square shape (see pic attached) in clear PET. It is 7.25" tall, and 2.25" wide. The bottle's label panel is about 4.5" tall and 1.75" wide. Our current 3-sided wrap-around label is 4.5" tall and 6.375" wide. You do NOT have to do a 3-sided wrap-around label like we currently have. Front and back panels are fine; 3 or 4 single-panels are fine also. The label can be in polypropylene or clear film.
Packaging should convey our Brand Promise, and Brand Personality. Our Brand Promise: Our nutmilks are: - Natural and clean. A clean ingredient list means that only natural ingredients you would find in your kitchen pantry are used— that means: no thickeners or stabilizers like carrageenan, guar gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum - Delightful and delicious. Packaging must convey "good-tasting" - Nourishing and satisfying because we use more nuts instead of fillers to achieve body and flavor. That means more good, heart-healthy fats and micronutrients Our Brand Personality: Clean, Natural, Delightful, Cozy, Modern, Intelligent Here are 2 pinterest boards that capture the feeling and design aesthetics that we like. PLEASE LOOK AT THESE: http://www.pinterest.com/littlenutmilkco/nutmilk-inspiration/ http://www.pinterest.com/littlenutmilkco/design-inspiration/ Current website: http://www.threetrees.com Please keep in mind that the product will be competing with all the other beverage products on the shelves, and we have a split second to stand out and make an impression. So the packaging has to meet a few criteria: - Form a Block Presence on the Shelves. When lined up 3 to 5 bottles on the shelves, they have to form a block presence. So consumers can easily see them on the shelves-- 'ah-- that's Three Trees.' - Stand Out. When it's on the shelf next to a hundred other drinks, not only does the label have to communicate what the product is, and its benefits, it also has to GRAB the consumer's eyes. - Visible From a Distance. It has to be so easy for consumers to see from a couple feet away what the product is, just by a quick glance. - Easy to Distinguish Between Flavors. It must be easy to tell without having to read the text on the label what the flavors are. Is this an almondmilk, or a cashewmilk? Is this Chai Spice, or Cold Brew Coffee? Feel free to be as creative as you'd like. We want something different / new / fresh! Thank you!!!
