So I've tried to give a fairly thorough description here, but at the end of the day I am not an artist. The below are just guidelines, please treat them as such.
At the most basic level I'm looking for a label of about 4 inches high by 3.33 inches wide. Most labels are either oval or rectangular.
I'm looking for something similar in structure to what Ballast Point has done here.
The name of the brewery is visible across the top, all bottles share the same outer background, but each of the different style contain a different inner background color. Visual queues works wonders and I'd like to have something similar in this design. Though I'm only looking for one label now eventually I'll want 5 or so.
So this particular brew I'd like a label for is called "Eastwood Squint" . It is a Belgian Witbier and is flavored with orange zest, lemon zest, cardamom (a spice like coriander), and chamomile flowers. It is very light, highly carbonated, and has herbal and fruity flavor notes with a touch of spice. It is basically the ideal beer you want to drink on a hot summer day; hence the name. If you haven't seen "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" do yourself a favor and watch it.
In general all my labels follow quasi western themes, though I also dip into Spanish and naval history.
I wanted the center piece of artwork to reflect the images below or be some sort of adaptation.
I'm looking for mostly some sort of silhouette of the image above bordered with more light brown and yellow color schemes.
