Great communications, creative work and great to work with.
Gianni was excellent to work with, was very responsive and listened to all our requests. We were very happy with the work and would highly recommend him and will work with him again in the future.
Working with Jelena was a really good experience. She is professional, quick to respond and has a really good grasp of what the briefing entailed. I would not hesitate to work with her again.
How Epic Wines and Spirits started their product label journey
Who are you known as?
EPIC Wines & Spirits Inc.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Food & Drink
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
EPIC is a "wine agent" that does the selling and marketing for wine brands around the world. For this project, our client is a traditional Portuguese winery, Pinhal Da Torre (https://www.pinhaldatorre.com/en) The existing labels should not be used as inspiration in this project as they are too traditional for this brand.
For this brand, we should target Millennial Consumers. To appeal to millennials, the label must deliver a feel of:
1.Authenticity: This is a real winery and not just a concept brand. This wine will not come from grapes on their estate and will be the entry level brand
2.Story: There is history and a story behind the brand name (Tago), which Millennials look for in a brand (see below)
3.Flavour: This wine over delivers on flavour and price.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?

5. Bordeaux Bottle shape
6. Front label size 11.5cm h x 9 cm w

Here is the story of the name:
According to an ancient legend, Tago was the 5th king of Hispania, that gave the name to the biggest river in Iberia, which is called river Tajo in Spain, and river Tejo in Portugal.
The area where their vineyards are located, is called Tejo Region, because the river crosses these lands.
It was also from river Tejo, in Lisboa, that in the XV Century, the Portuguese navigators departed to discover the world.
