We need to create brand imagery for our new cannabis flower line. The flower line will be called:
• Royal Roots
The brand imagery needs to include a logo as well as the packaging concept. The Royal Roots line will have strain specific packaging concepts. We need the designer to create a template to which we can add design to the background. Examples of strains include:
• Green crack
• Bean’s Widow
• Black cherry soda
• Sour Tangie
For examples of how these are pieced together for other companies, see the designs that have been done for the following companies:
• Harmony farms (http://www.harmonyfarmsnw.com/#)
• Sky High – only on the homepage sliders (http://www.skyhighgardens.net)
• Phat Panda (http://www.phatpanda.com/phat-panda…html#about)
We want to do 3.5g package in a jar as listed in the pictures – this is a 60x61mm jar. 2g packages will go in mylar foil bags with one side clear and one side silver. We will also have a 1 oz size that will also go in bags. The foil sizes are still TBD, but we can put together a general idea of the imagery and packaging design. Dutch brothers (pictures attached) also offers a good potential alternative to the mylar pouches and jars. We would be willing to entertain other forms of packaging if they are attractive!
The packaging must also leave space for a sticker that will include regulatory wording including a bar code sticker, harvest date, retailer name and UBI, and potency information. (perhaps the bottom of the jar?)
There is also required wording that must be on every package. Please include this wording in the design
List of required wording for flower:
“Packaged by 502 Processor’s Group UBI: 603-355-672”
Warnings that state: "This product has intoxicating effects and may be habit forming”
Statement that "This product may be unlawful outside of Washington state”
The space allotted for stickers and designs should not take up more than 50% of the real estate on the sides of the jar that are clear.
• Logo design
• Logo, name and required wording laid out on the jar & mylar bag (concept)
• NO BACKGROUND is required at this time, but make sure to delineate a blank space for designs.
