We are a property law (Conveyancing) firm. Check out our brief youtube video on our website (www.sargeants.com.au) as it will tell you all about us quickly. We hope you will join the contest. We prepare the contracts and do the paperwork to transfer a property title when they buy or sell a house/ land/ unit. We work with all types of people from first home buyers to large property developers. Are the largest and most prominent in the state of Victoria, Australia.
What's your vision?
We require 2 double sided flyers/ brochures to compliment each other and be mailed out together in a direct mail campaign. 1. VOUCHER (In America they probably call it a coupon). - We are after something very simple. All the contact information and details at the back and just the bare basics to catch attention on the front. - The voucher is for a complimentary review of a vendors statement or contract before someone bids at auction or makes an offer by private sale. That is, someone is just about to buy a property but they need to get advice on the contract first. - All of our contact information, etc. can be found at our website www.sargeants.com.au (please note our business name is Sargeants- Port Phillip, not just Sargeants) - We are flexible with the size of this one and are open to suggestions but we have suggested DL (110mm x 220mm) as the biggest size. This will be printed on good quality board. Suggested text: FRONT: Complimentary review of a contract of sale and vendors statement prior to your purchasing. BACK: Sargeants- Port Phillip Email your contract or vendors statement to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to mention your complimentary voucher. We will get back to you within 4 hours and thoroughly review your documents with you before you bid or sign (or during your cooling off period) Ph: 03 9867 5551 www.sargeants.com.au This voucher will expire: .......... (BLANK BOX) - We need a blank spot left for an expiry date to be filled in individually by hand. 2. DL Size (110mm x 220mm) double sided flyer which will be sent to people ing to sell a house already (not our clients) in our local area. We are going to try and convince them to use us after they've sold and are then going to buy. We're asking them to swap to us. We don't want it cluttered too much with text, more graphics. The back should have all of our contact information and the front the following general message: FRONT: "We noticed you are selling. We wish you every success! We are renowned for doing a better job than any other conveyancer or lawyer. So please consider us when you are looking to buy."
