Prycer needed a new print or packaging design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 77 designs submitted by 20 freelance designers.
Prycer
prycer.com is a website that helps people better choose, find, and buy wines. It connects wine drinkers, wine experts, and wine stores to create a more informed wine market.
We provide a channel through which wine experts—sommeliers, wine store managers, and enthusiasts—help wine drinkers discover wines. We bring buyers and sellers closer to build more efficient wine stores.
4''x6'' two-sided postcards to be distributed in wine stores. These postcards should attract wine consumers to prycer.com; they should also appeal to wine stores to sign up for Prycer's service.
The messages to be displayed:
"Prycer helps you better choose, find, and buy wines."
"900,000+ wines in our catalog and counting."
"Let's build a more informed wine market."
Prycer's logo and domain name (prycer.com) should be clearly visible to both wine drinkers and wine stores. Our contact email (help@prycer.com) should be easy to find for the wine stores. The QR code for prycer.com (attached) should be embedded.
Next to the QR code, please include the message "Scan this code on your smartphone.".
Ideally the colors should match those on prycer.com, but this is open to creative variations. The overall design should be simple and clean. The theme should be light-hearted, emphasizing enjoyable and healthy life style. A good sense of humor is always appreciated. It should really catch the eyes of the customers as they pay at the cash register.
The design should appeal to the wine drinkers with comfortable incomes who are hoping to be more informed in their wine purchases, who want to make merry and develop taste.
