WeightLoss Solutions Australia
Our medical practice specialises in weight loss surgery (bariatric) including Lap Band, Gastric Sleeve and Orbera Gastric Balloon. We are located on the Gold Coast Australia and have operated for 10 years, performing more than 3000 bariatric procedures and helping countless people reach their weight loss goals. Weight loss surgery is available to those classified as morbidly obese and has become a more widely acceptable method of weight loss in recent years. Each month we invite interested individuals to attend a seminar in our rooms to find out more information about which surgical proceudre is right for them. The options available range for those with a Body Mass Index of 27 - 35 (Orbera Gastric Balloon) to Gastric Band (Lap Band) or Gastric Sleeve for those with Body Mass index greater than 35.
Our target audience for this publication are women and men aged between 25 - 60. The medium for this ad is for a local free newspaper, so the people reading this are interested in either the local community or are looking at cost saving or interesting events. Our ad for this is therefore to promote attendance at our free information evening, with interested attendees to telephone to make a booking for the night. This ad will be reused each month with a change of date so it needs to be designed and provided in an editable format of the specified size so the changes to the date can be made by the newspaper publication each month without hassle.
Design of mono (BLACK & WHITE) newspaper ad, size of 200mm x 148mm wide.
The existing ad is attached here but we are after a fresh new look with an enticing layout drawing the eye to the Free Information Evening and the information about the evening such as the date and time to stand out. The picture is optional and I've attached some of the pictures we use if you want to give them a go, plus I have attached the logo in various formats.
It's important that the contact info and logo remain at the bottom.
Please be creative and think outside the box for this one.
The newspaper has asked the format to be provided in both PDF and the working file.
NOTE The last seminar for 2010 has obviously been held, the date to include for this one is 13 January 2011.
Think about cutting some of the text out and leaving only the bare essentials. If you can do this successfully you'll be half way to winning the contest.
