Turns Co. is a full service general contractor specializing in rental property turns and restoration. Our main focus is working with property managers to get their properties back on the rental market but we also work with real estate agents to help make their listings market ready.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a marketing brochure that we can email to a list of property managers and real estate agents to entice them to give us a call. The brochure should feature our logo (can improve) and our blue and white color scheme.
Other notes
We like clean professional designs with a little "pop". The brochure should be easy to read and too the point. We have included some pictures and text for your use.
