We are developing a range of Pilates related products for online sale to end useres and wholesale distribution and use by Pilates studios.
What's your vision?
Summary We have sourced a manufacturer for each of the Pilates related products listed below. What we require at this point is to have the spiral component of our logo (attached) displayed on each of them. Our current thinking is to use an inverted, tab style logo with an opaque solid background, but we will be guided by you and are very much open to suggestions. Limitations Due to the materials being used the artwork cannot be moulded or embossed and consequently will have to be screen printed. The manufacturer has advised that they can screen print opaque but the maximum size they can print is 30 x 30cm. There can be more than one screen print per item but they cannot be seamlessly joined as part of a larger design due to the limitations of screen printing. Please also note that fine details have a tendency to bleed when screen printed. We have selected Pantone 151 (C:0, M:55, Y:100, K:0, R:242, G:125, B:0) for all of the products so the design will need to look good on that colour. We would prefer to use a single design for all of the products, even though it may be presented differently on each. Artwork Please supply final artwork in native vector format, designed in Photoshop or Illustrator. Mats 185 x 60cm (photo attached). Foam rollers 90cm long x 15cm in diameter (photo attached), the logo can be represented on either or both of the two ends. Please note that the ones we have made will be a solid colour, not marbled like the one in the picture. Balls These are 20cm and 15cm in diameter (photo attached), we would like them to have one logo per ball. Circles The circles have four pads onto which the logo can be printed (photo attached), each pad is 10cm x 5cm but don’t feel compelled to put the logo on each pad if you think it will be too much. Blocks The block dimensions are 23 x 15.5 x 7.5 cm with a .5cm arris on each edge (photo attached). We think we want the logo on the largest face / faces but we are open to suggestions.
