We are a 4th generation family owned document storage/scanning company that is looking to widen it's reach in the Chicago market. We are using this pamphlet for drivers/sales people/anyone who touches businesses to handout for companies to learn a little more about our service. Our elevator pitch, "We help companies identify critical information and determine it's business and legal value and build a retention and retrieval strategy around that." Exciting, I know. But in our field not many companies offer all of the services that we do in such a complete package.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
For the most part all businesses in some form or fashion use document storage. Wether it's in their office, a closet, basement of work, home, their own warehouse or companies like ours, if a companies in business legally they have to keep records. We sell mainly in the financial, legal and healthcare markets.
We are looking for customers who have hardcopy storage and customers who require document imaging. Everyone does backup in some fashion and we can provide that service as well. We have also been moving to companies with Electronic Content Management Systems and helping processing their ERP/COLD data. Your mind is blown, I know. Maybe we just went a bit to technical for a brochure. We tend to excel with customers who want to use those as competitive advantages.
I'm looking for something that very quickly describes what we do. There are four components/sections we would like. 1) Hardcopy Document Storage/Secure Document Shredding/Media Vaulting. 2) Document Scanning and Enterprise Content Management Systems. 3) Enterprise Report Processing/COLD 4) Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment Control.

For the sake of brevity, I don't want this to be too wordy. Just looking for a receptionist to pass this onto someone who can make a decision and get a quick glimpse of what we do. Hopefully . So, important points highlighted, quotes from customers(a bunch on our website) might be highlighted and the basic reasons someone would use our service. Pull as much content as your can out of there and we might add some more later.
I think we can steer away from the traditional pamphlet where each fold is a section about something. I'd like something more creative where the product lines are separate, but they are all together once opened up. Something really eye catching.
