Studio Helper got their new print or packaging design by running a design contest:
Create a 1/4 print ad for Studio Helper
Check out Studio Helper's Print or packaging design contest…
Provides online software for studios and schools to manage their finances and schedules. (such as music schools, dance studios, etc.)
What's your vision?
I want a 1/4 page ad designed that will appear next month in a music teacher magazine in the UK. The ad should briefly tell about our software (studiohelper.com), and also show our special offer/discount with a link to the sign up page. Here is some copy you may want to use: Name: Studio Helper (logo attached) Tagline: The easiest way to manage your studio or school Description: Scheduling, Invoicing, Registration, and more. (or whatever else you think might be good to say, without being too wordy) Get 20% off per month at http://studiohelper.com/promo/94C64D (Note: the code at the end will be slightly different, but let's use this as a placeholder for now). Here are some copies of the logo: http://studiohelper.com/img/sh-logo.jpg http://studiohelper.com/img/sh-logo.png http://studiohelper.com/img/main/logo-white.png And here are some screenshots you could use: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1883492/sh-calendar-screenshot.png http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1883492/sh-invoice-screenshot.png http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1883492/sh-people-list-screenshot.jpg Here is the link to an ad for another business of mine that I really like. Something like this could work very well: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1883492/mth_ad_final2.psd (Note: This ad is for software that's very similar, but it's for private music teachers. Studio Helper is for larger studios with multiple teachers, and not just for music. Although this ad is aimed at music teachers/studio owners) Ad specifications: 131x94 mm, no bleed required 300 dpi Only CMYK colors All fonts should be embedded File format: PDF, TIFF, JPG, or EPS, in addition to the original PSD or AI file (or whatever software you used to create it in) Let me know if you have any questions.
This particular ad will be going in a magazine read by music teachers. I hope that it will catch the eye of any music studio/school owners who are frustrated trying to keep track of their business finances on paper or Quickbooks or other software, and want a more streamlined way to integrate their scheduling and their finances. Studio Helper also allows studios to receive payments online via credit card, has numerous reports, contact management, and much more.
