I write science fiction.
What's your vision?
I'm hoping to get an e-book cover for my first science fiction book, The Artifact Competition. What I envision is: On a white background, a silhouette of a man from the waist up facing straight ahead, holding his clawed hands (right hand over left, making a sort of "mouth") next to his head on his right side. Above him are fanned out silhouettes of three bird headed, humanoid figures, also from the waist up (maybe a gradient from the waist or a little below, moving up to solid black): the one on the left is male with a sort of cubists' rendition of a crow's head; the one in the middle is an eagle-headed (helmeted, actually) female; and the one on the right is a fiery (by the outline) phoenix- or falcon-headed male. At the top, text should read: Approaching Infinity Book 1 Below that should be the title in larger text: The Artifact Competition And below that or at the very bottom in smallest text should be the author's name: Chris Eisenlauer A tiff file would probably be best as I may need to resize the image at some point.
I think guys will appreciate this story most, ages 12 and up. I wrote something that I would have liked to have read when I was 12, but some of the content, the violence in particular, may not really be suitable for 12-year-olds.
