Overview

1300 REAL ESTATE is a unique real estate marketing platform that combines the phone word (or vanity number) "1300 REAL ESTATE" with world first voice recognition technology.

A caller rings 1300 REAL ESTATE and is then directed to a real estate agent in the area of their choice based on voice recognition technology (the system is so sophisticated that it can route to all 11 million street addresses in Australia!).

Real estate agents use 1300 REAL ESTATE when marketing properties to help attract more buyers and also as a sales tool to secure homes for sale (known as 'listings').

The 1300 REAL ESTATE product includes a comprehensive marketing package containing a range of sales materials to help agents secure more listings (e.g. seller brochure, seller demonstration: http://www.1300realestate.com.au/ve…flash.cfm).

Your mission is to re-design the front cover of our seller brochure.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach

Designers are requested to re-design the front cover of the "Seller Brochure". Real estate agents present this brochure to home owners when explaining the 1300 REAL ESTATE concept as a tool to help secure that property for sale.

The audience are people who are considering selling their home and are meeting with real estate agents to decide who should handle the sale of their property.

Issues of primary importance to this audience are: acheiving the best possible price for their home, choosing the best real estate agent, trusting their real estate agent and utilising all available strategies to achieve the best price.

Requirements

Your mission is to take the existing front cover design of our listing brochure and revolutionise it. We are seeking a fresh front cover design, however, it must be consistent with the look and feel of the rest of our brochure.

You have the freedom to change the title "More buyers, better prices!" if you wish - in fact we would love a fresh slogan!

We also require that you incorporate our Logo of Effectiveness into the design. This should not be focus of the design, but it must be a reasonably prominent element. The logo is attached.

The listing brochure is designed to be customisable for each real estate agent - there is a blank space at the bottom of the front cover for insertion of each agent's logo and other details. This space MUST remain in exactly the same position.
