We are a real estate private equity fund. We focus on raisint funds to purchase value-add properties (those that need renovations, maintenance, or better management) where we can buy at a discount, better the bottom line, and return our investors' capital fast through a refinance. Our target audience is wealthy professionals or investors that want to invest long-term (legacy investors), as well as larger funds of funds that are looking to add large multifamily investments to their portfolios.
