Our target is every healthcare organization (clinics, hospitals, doctor offices) We have cloud based software that gives our clients everything they need for HIPAA Compliance and making the process of HIPAA compliance so much less stressful and confusing

Here is our website https://www.hipaatrek.com I would love to use a powerpoint that I can use in the signature of my email. HIPAA compliance is frustrating/confusing and always delegated to an employee that is already wearing multiple hats inside the company. I want this powerpoint to resonate with the viewer and their struggle to work on HIPAA compliance because they are so focused and swamped just keeping up on the work flow of the day. Here are a few things I would love in the powerpoint: -a female administrator starting her day at her desk looking at a clipboard that has her list of tasks itemized out for the day (example, call insurance company, call pharmacy, work on payroll, etc). "Work on HIPAA compliance" listed last (it is always pushed to the bottom of the list) -lots of files on her desk, a thick HIPAA compliance binder and her desk phone with all lines lit up (indicating lots of messages on her phone) -another slide with the dr coming in to have a quick meeting (delegate more tasks to her) -female office administrator hands dr a patients file -doctor leaving her office with patient file and entering the patients room next door -female office administrator on phone, taking notes, then walking out of her office to hand invoices to receptionist(?) -female office administrator googling for a HIPAA compliance solution and she lands on HIPAAtrek i just need to paint a picture of how busy the Office Administrator is with everyday workflow and how there is never time for HIPAA compliance. The last slide would show HIPAAtrek as solving her HIPAA compliance need. This ppt can be illustrations, images and can have a humorous feel to it as well. I am completely open to your creativity!

This presentation really needs to poke at how busy the Administrator is at all times but with HIPAA compliance lingering at her every move in the office I can send some logos if needed! Thank you so much!!
