Entertainment & The Arts
The target audience is women age 16-45. They are modern women immersed in our culture of impossible expectations. They are tired of being told how women should look and act, and they're trying to break out of that conditioning. These women are usually suffering in silence (they don't think it's bad enough yet to get help, though) and crave the honesty and brave stories as a launch pad to their own radical self-acceptance and healing journey. Brave Talks discusses very vulnerable and radically honest moments in women's lives. Moments like eating disorders and risking my life with full body liposuction as a plus size model and keeping it a secret. Many conversations will be around: body image and eating disorders. Also, motherhood, mental health, and well-being. Brave Talks also includes me making my guest's favorite recipe, to incorporate my love of cooking and baking, and sharing the recipe with the viewer.
What's your vision?
I need the image of me in white looking off into the light to include the word "Brave Talks" and my name “Emily Nolan” for the cover art. I'll include several image examples I like for a mood. Please use a font that illustrates the idea of the show: Modern, smart, "it" girl next door, feminist, empowered, brave, compassionate.
Modern women, girl next door, vulnerable, radically honest, self-acceptance, compassionate, heart-racing stories, getting personal with "celebrities" and everyday women. Brave Talks is a safe haven for transformation and self-love. A judgement-free zone for modern woman. I'd love it to have an "it" girl/girl next door feel to it.
