The picture I submitted (with the pregnant woman and the two views of the spine - pregnant and not pregnant) is the one I used for this class in the past. I found it on the internet so I'm not sure who it belongs to and when I tried to find it to purchase it I couldn't find the owner. I love the design because it makes it clear that the pregnancy changes affect the spine. Now that I am teaching the class in a more formal setting, I want to make sure I can use the picture and not get in trouble, or maybe get an even better picture designed professionally.

Each trimester in pregnancy presents new challenges physically, nutritionally and emotionally. As your body changes new issues and needs develop. What if there was a way to experience more comfort during your current trimester and also prepare your body for the upcoming trimester? There are simple modifications a woman can make in each trimester that will prevent some of the common symptoms in the following trimester.
Gabaldon Chiropractic is offering a FREE class that can make a huge difference in your pregnancy. We will go over easy exercises, diet and body maintenance tips to ensure you are prepared for the changes and as comfortable as possible throughout your pregnancy
Dr. Cynthia Gabaldon is a chiropractor whose office sees about 90% prenatal & pediatric patients. Over the past 14 years, Dr. Gabaldon has worked with Midwives, Obstetricians, Physiatrists, exercise physiologists, physical therapists and many birth professionals for the benefit of their mutual pregnant patients.
We will demonstrate some stretches and exercises any pregnant woman can do to alleviate common complaints. Do’s and Don’ts will also be covered that can make a big difference in the quality of sleep and mobility each mother gains. We will also cover preparing for labor, delivery and post partum.
Basic anatomy is covered through models and diagrams and there is time at the end for questions and answers.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Children are welcome but childcare is not provided.
