These guys are the real deal. I've spent over $250,000 with offshore teams and these guys have great communications skills, understand business in the USA and deliver.

This project is for the 2017 Graduate Business Diversity Conference, which seeks to celebrate diversity and broaden attendees understanding of how diversity can drive positive change in our world.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a poster that can be hung on campus along with a header that we can use on printed material for the event (didn't see an option for this on the home page). The theme of this year's Conference is Beyond Tolerance: Practicing Inclusion. explores the theme of proactively creating inclusion in teams. The purposeful inclusion of individuals with different perspectives has been proven to improve organizational dynamics, and this year's Diversity Conference seeks insight on how team leaders can create a sense of inclusion to realize the benefits of diverse working groups.
The event is sponsored by our corporate recruiting partners, whose logos will need to be included on the poster. The design for the poster should be colorful and engaging enough to capture the eye (it needs to stand out when posted on a bulletin board in the student center, for example) but needs to be professional. I'm interested in seeing what kind of imagery will be created around the theme, and I don't have a ton of guidance. I'm attaching an image of the poster from last year's conference, which I think did a decent job of balancing visual appeal with corporate aesthetic.
