Fun, playful & eye catching podcast cover art needed to launch on riveting topic of health insurance

This is for a podcast. I will discuss the facets of the health insurance industry in easier to understand ways so it can be properly utilized. Audience will be people looking for health insurance guidance.

I need cover art for the podcast and I'd like it to involve art including both health insurance/healthcare and running. I'm a runner and taking the "run down" in the name literally and will use running terms often. I would prefer a playful logo with the podcast name on it. In my mind it looks like a health insurance claim with a start line on the top, a running shoe in one of the claim fields and then a finish line at the bottom - that's just an example but feel free to be creative!

I would like for it to fit anywhere podcasts are shared, particularly in Apple podcasts so the pixels would need to range from a Minimum 1400 x 1400 pixels; Maximum 3000 x 3000 pixels; 72 DPI.
