Design a Vintage Newspaper Style Poster for Birthdays - 8" X 10"

We are an ecommerce candy business that makes gift products for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
What's your vision?
Design a Newspaper-Style 'Birthday Facts' Sheet in 8.5 x 11" format. More specifically, your challenge is to design the template where the text and facts can be changed according to the Birthday Year. It will be given away as a folded product insert for different birthdays inside of our candy boxes. The image will be printed on normal 8.5 x 11 paper. Please take the margins of the design out as far as a normal printer will allow. We want to print the design on a normal sized piece of copy paper. We would like you to design the template, so we can change it for the specifications of each birthday year (1-100). The problem with our existing inserts is that they are year specific. For example, they say, "Back in 1969". This is a problem for us because time keeps moving forward, and every year we need to renew the insert. We would like to be able to make the inserts about the birthday age itself. For example, we could make a headline say, "Happy 50th Birthday" or "50 Years Ago" or something to this effect (You'll get noticed if you are clever here!) The newspaper should have great vintage elements and a newsprint font that looks attractive and calls out to that year Birthday. It should like it's straight out of the 1920's or 1930's to give it a fun Nostalgia feel. -Be able to offer the design on a transparent background -Please provide .PSD -Remember this is a Template for future use
Please provide .PSD file so we can edit the words. We will need to customize your template for every birthday product we create.
