Upscale Letter

We target entrepreneurs. People who prefer subtlety, wealth, control, sophistication and are used to spammers and have keen eyes for value. Its a cold contact so it can't be over the top but the design needs to say "Yeah... You're lucky to be working with us". Or "Clearly our business organizational skills are on point and we'd like to work with you." But without the arrogance. Because neither party will value that!

I originally said this should be ornate. Let's shoot for a more modern but super upscale look. I need a letter head and border that looks exquisite. It needs to be subtle, modern upscale and high end. This is being printed on very high quality paper and we will be using it to write each company owner individually. So the text will vary. Please design with this text in mind to make it feel more cohesive. "I came across {{company}} recently and I understand you are the owner or have an ownership stake. Our team is looking for companies in the {{industry}} space to acquire, with a buyer at-the-ready, and we’d like to explore whether there’s a fit. Your company was hand-selected as a candidate during our national search process. Whether you are interested in an exit event or simply freeing yourself up from the issues common to successful business owners (can’t take time off without the business falling apart, stressing about payroll, not enough sales, too much drama in the office, etc), we should talk. Consideration of this opportunity is being offered by private invitation allowing us to focus on businesses that look interesting. I’d like to understand more about your goals for the business and see if there’s alignment. There’s no harm in having a quick chat to learn more. If it’s not a good fit, no big deal. Please use our logo in the bottom of the letter and not Stone Peak. It's included in the brief. Also these letters will be signed in blue ink at the bottom. Lastly, the text is going to change a bit and I'm somewhat handy in In Design. But the design can't look DIY or else I'd just do it! But extra points for anything saved in a .indd file so I can change the text as needed. I loved the offset border on the example but I'm open to other ideas. Many thanks.
