Chris brings 'the Stark Truth' with over 30 years experience in field and corporate management and consulting. With his driven yet collaborative style, he helps clients and peers seize the initiative. Mr. Stark was the acting COO of a major restaurant chain where he led over 8,000 people employed throughout the U.S. and Canada and drove growth through rapid organizational development strategies. Mr. Stark was named the 2007 Target Training International consultant of the year out of 7,000 change consultants world-wide. In 2004, Mr. Stark acquired Strategic Sales Growth, a franchise of Sandler Training, and in 2007 was awarded the first Summit award for the highest level of sales results out of 220+ Sandler Training franchises world-wide.
Barbra is the Principle Firestarter at Evolution Consulting, a social strategy and online marketing firm. Her focus is in neuromarketing and its use in crafting persuasive and sticky messages to influence and engage culture towards a socially responsible vision of the future. She is the author of “How to be an Online Marketing Rock Star”, an online marketing maven, a social entrepreneur, teacher, student, philosopher, writer, and idea addict. She works with universities, corporations, and professional associations to educate their members in new media, and writes for a variety of publications including Under30CEO.com. She is the former owner of Cranky Creative Group, an out-of-home advertising and graphics company where she served clients such as Mercedes Benz, Lenovo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Kroger.
Brent Sprinkle, Lead guide at TrueNorth Business Navigation and certified EOS Implementer, started leading teams in the early 80’s and hasn’t stopped since. Having successfully guided large teams within multinational companies as well as small entrepreneurial start-ups, Brent’s passion to “help first” along with his natural talents have shaped and influenced his career.
