Rework newsletter cover page for lawyer who negotiates deals and mediates disputes

Attorney & Law
We provide mediation and negotiation services to parties in dispute. For example, Company X becomes involved in a contract dispute with Company Y. Both companies hire lawyers to represent them. We are hired by the lawyers to stand in between Company X and Company Y and try to negotiate and mediate resolution of the dispute. We are a neutral party. Our target audience is other lawyers and law firms as this is where we get out business.
What's your vision?
Wolfe Attorneys & Mediators publishes a monthly newsletter that identifies and addresses legal issues relating to the practice of mediation/negotiation which are important to lawyers. A copy of a past newsletter is attached to this project as EXHIBIT A. We need the first page of the newsletter to be redesigned as the existing cover looks as if it was created in-house and not by a professional. We are not looking for the design of a newsletter but rather, only the cover page. The cover page will then be used as a template on all future newsletters (the date and the topic covered in the newsletter will be changed each month) The preferred design will have more of a masculine academic feel to it than a marketing feel. The design should be simple as well. I have attached to this project examples of cover letters that are appealing and can be used as reference (Exhibits B - E) When preparing the redesign, use "February 2016" as the date and use "The enforceability of the mediator's proposal" (all caps, no caps, etc... up to your design discretion) as the title of the article that will be covered in the newsletter. The final design should complement the look and feel of both the company website (wgattorneys.com) and to a certain extent a recently designed flyer (EXHIBIT F - However, no images) Although I have provided examples for reference, please do not feel restricted in your design. Most important is that the final project looks professional, simple and academic while complementing the look and feel of the website and the flyer.
