Recruitment Postcard from Current Employee Perspective

A-1 Nursing Care

We provide home care services in the Central Ohio Area. We provide home health aides, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

We would like a double-sided recruitment postcard that we will be providing to all field staff to pass out to people that they meet and could be a good candidate to work for us. We also want to be able to mail the postcards out and need to be formatted to do so with a space for the address and stamp.

The content should be from the point of view of the current employee and have a space where they can write their first name. (As an example "Hello, my name is __________ and I work for a home health care company called A-1 Nursing Care. I make a difference in people's lives everyday and invite you to join our team."

The positions that we are recruit for are: Home Health Aide (HHA), Development Disabilities Support Aide (DDSA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN).

The postcard can direct the person to apply via the website or contact us to see what we have available. Also direct them to get additional information from our website.

We provide training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, health benefits for full-time employees and the position can be very rewarding for the right type of person.

I have attached a copy of our logo, an older flyer and a color guide that may be of use. I am not necessarily looking for a postcard that matches the style of the flyer.
