An eye-catching yet calming and relaxing postcard or flyer to promote our "Yoga + Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety" course.

The material will be left at Medical Centres, in postcard holders on top of the reception desk, or on shelves located in the reception area where other brochures are. The brochure needs to stand out. It will also be given to existing clients by hand or mailed to them.

We want to convey a message of calmness, friendliness, relaxation and wellbeing to stressed and anxious people. You can use the pictures provided as attachments, which will match those used in the webpage used to promote the course.

Feel free to chose the format e.g. postcard, flyer, etc. We prefer portrait over landscape as it takes less space on the Medical Centre's shelves where brochures go, but we are also happy to see landscape designs and consider them.
