Target audience is 2nd and 3rd Homeowners in Aspen, CO with custom A/V, integration and other technology systems installed in their homes. These customers are very sophisticated, with extremely luxurious tastes and demand the highest levels of quality and service. We are rolling out a Service and Maintenance Plan for these customers to help us provide this "white glove" service managing and maintaining the technology systems that operate in these homes. A "Sell-Sheet," or one-page (8.5x11) advert describing the service plan, pricing options, etc. I will provide company logo, logos of vendor brands we will implement with the service, pricing chart with service comparisons and other copy material. Designer is free to work around those items any way they see fit. Managed Service Provider (MSP): an outsourced third-party company that manages and assumes the responsibility of a defined set of management services to its customers.

There will be two revisions required: one with a "PRELIMINARY" stamp on it to present to customers, and one that will be updated with any revisions based upon those Client's input without that stamp on it, probably two to three weeks later.
