Post Card Design for an asphalt and concrete company

We are going to distribute an 6" X 11" double sided full color postcard to commercial and industrial property managers for our asphalt paving & concrete company to remind them to inspect and maintain their parking lots and sidewalks before winter hits the Mid-Atlantic United States an to advertise the services we perform. We are a technology based company which is what sets us apart from the competition. We want the design to create a call to action. As always, if I start to see good designs I will GUARANTEE the prize.

Please be creative. One idea is a parking lot with 50% of it showing during the spring and then the other 50% is the parking lot covered in snow.
