Chorbie offers home services to clients throughout the Dallas, Texas area. While our primary focus is on lawn care services, we also do pest control and other handyman services. Our target audience is anyone with a yard that they are responsible for maintaining.

I am attaching our brand guidelines but do not feel tied down to them. This mail piece should be fun and humorous. I am going to attach a few samples. I, therefore, am open to stock imagery to create a funny piece. The target person for this piece is someone who has chores to get done, but is unaware that Chorbie can help them at a reasonable cost. After reviewing this piece the homeowner should feel happy and informed. They should want to immediately contact us to schedule a service. I attached two potential images in the brief - a guy with trash running and some junk. For the front, what if we transpose the runner over the picture of trash, and in big letters write, "We really want to take your sh&@!"? Must-Haves Large font treatment for the two services, Junk Removal and Window Washing.
