aminocha got their new postcard, flyer or print by running a design contest:
Leaflets to attract high school students to apprentice program AND graduates of the program to TRIO.
Check out aminocha's Postcard, flyer or print contest…
TRIO Education is a sister-company of TRIO Electric, an electrical contractor serving Texas. One of the challenges TRIO Electric faces is labor shortage i.e. not enough trained people to do the projects they get. TRIO has created TRIO Education to solve this problem. It attracts and encourages high school students to join TRIO Apprenticeship Program (TAP) and get college credit and be prepared to join TRIO (and other electrical contractors) upon graduation from the program and high school. Many of our target audience are keen to join college. However, getting a college degree is expensive, and difficult to graduate. The TAP allows students to work and earn BEFORE they go to college. It also gives them experience and maturity that increases the probability of graduating from college. While our primary audience is high school students (in the US), our secondary audience includes their parents who may have a significant role to influence their decision. Most of our audience is going to be male (80%) and racially diverse including Hispanic/Latinos.
What's your vision?
2 separate but similar leaflets (8.5" x 11"). One will be targeted to attract high school students to join the TRIO Apprentice Program. The second one would target graduates of the program to join TRIO Electric.
We do have some pictures (attached). But also open to using stock images, especially to represent high school students in a classroom. Feel free to use the company mascot called "Little TRIO". Copy of leaflet 1 (targeting high school students) is attached right now. The second one (targeting graduates of the program) will be provided in 2 days.
