It’s intended to help you feel less stressed and sleep better. The concept behind weighted blankets is that lying underneath constant and evenly distributed pressure will produce a calming and relaxing effect. Our weighted blanket are exactly what they sound like: Basically, they’re comforters with tiny pellets woven throughout, so that weight is distributed across the body when a person lies underneath them. This blanket is designed to provide gentle pressure to a person, mimicking the feeling of being held. Research has shown that hugs may make a person feel at ease. When people hug, the body releases the hormone oxytocin. This hormone helps reduce blood pressure, slows the heart, and provides a feeling of relaxation. The weighted blanket essentially imitates the warmth and security that a hug provides. Both the blanket and hug use a gentle, firm pressure that goes deep within the body giving a sense of repose that allows the body to relax. She practices daily yoga & meditation. • She has a tendency to be stressed & overwhelmed with juggling the demands of family & work which results in poor quality of sleep, and anxiety. • Likes to research natural remedies & products that will feed her mind, body & soul.

We want our customers to feel like they are partaking in something special and exclusive- physically and spiritually.
