Check out PacLifeHomes's Postcard, flyer or print contest…
We build move up and luxury semi-custom homes in the Portland, OR and Tacoma, WA areas. Our demographic is homebuyers from approximately 30 - 60 years of age, female decision maker, annual income of approximately $120K. http://www.pacificlifestylehomes.com/community.php?ID=34
What's your vision?
I need a 1/2 page newspaper and magazine ad created for a very specific project. In our Ashley Ridge community, we have only 4 homes that have the option for an additional 2 car garage in the rear of the property. This home can be used for additional vehicles, a "workshop", any hobbies, etc. It CANNOT be used to run a business from. I have an idea for a campaign geared toward men, and we can do one geared toward women as well. (See attached.) I just need someone to deliver something awesome. Ad size is 10" wide x 10.75" tall .
This is a time sensitive project. I need some ideas by the end of the week/month.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Postcard, flyer or print starts at $199.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
