We are looking for a postcard (6" by 4" - 4/4 color on front, b&w on back, need USPS bulk mail imprint on it) to advertise our free summer series "dinner and a show" series. I'm actually flexible to a new title if the designer wants to suggest something different. In the past we've called this the "summer performance series".
The front, full color side of the post card should also double as a poster that I can print at 11" by 17" we can place in public/commercial places around town. I'd expect the designer to send me this as a seperate file ready for print.
Our Department has lined up a musical act or outdoor movie showing in various Emeryville parks along with a featured food truck serving up hot, delicious, creative foods every week in July.
The food portion is new, so I want to make sure this stands out with the entertainment over last two year's posters/cards (attached).
Here is the event details for the design:
3 Thursday Happy Hour Concerts, 6:00-8:00pm, various locations:
- 7/5: Motordude Zydeco and Mayo & Mustard, Park Avenue Plaza (@ 1556 Park Ave)
- 7/12: Adrian West Trio and Doc's of the Bay, Doyle-Hollis Park (@ 1333 62nd St)
- 7/19: Gumbostew and Munch India, Christie Ave Park (6200 Christie Ave)
1 Friday Night Outdoor Movie in the Park:
- 7/27: "The Princess Bride" Movie and Ebbett's Good To Go, 8:30-10:30pm, Doyle-Hollis Park (@ 1333 62nd St)
I need the "TubeMogul" logo as the featured sponsor logo this year (like Intrepid was the previous two years of posters attached).
I also have several logos for the food sponsors attached, but if they don't fit, don't worry...maybe just include them on the poster 11" by 17" version (not the post card).
The post card can use the left side for messaging if it doesn't fit on the front...or maybe just a basic line-up? Feel free to use this space in balck&white.
The return address on the post card needs to be:
Emeryville Senior Center
4321 Salem Street
Emeryville, CA 94608
The postage imprint needs to match the example I posted, with the letters "ECRWSS" as shown. The permit # should be changed to #25. Also the words "Postal Patron Local" should be centered on the right side (underneath the stamp area), where a postcard address usually goes.
