We've built a mobile app that is helping brick and mortar businesses build stronger relationships and create memorable experiences with customers. Right now the main feature set is loyalty that works automatically. Customers walk in the door and will automatically get visit credit because they were in range of your Adored iBeacon. As we get to know your customers better we're able to personally great them as they walk in, provide them with updates on exclusive customer events, or let them know what the specials of the day are. A majority of our 2,000 users now are young professionals that live in the city and have active life styles. Our businesses right now include trendy lunch locations, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.
What's your vision?
We're launching the app at a premier coffee shop that serves between 300-500 customers a day. She is going to be launching a loyalty program using Adored, but it will not be a traditional loyalty reward. Her brand values art and high quality, Therefore, discounting or giving coffee away is out of the question. What we've decided to do is for every customers 10th visit that has Adored she'll donate $2 to Artists for Humanity, which is a local art charity. Every customer will be given a card (ideally 2x6" or something similar) that is meant to educate them on Adored, the loyalty program, and encourage them to download the app. Get creative with layout and messaging. We want the Adored brand to be present. However, it needs to speak to Voltage's customers and match her brand as well. Here are the key points that need to be included. - App Store & Play Store Logo - Adored logo - Voltage logo - Must communicate the $2 donation to Artists for Humanity for every 10 visits. - They get a free coffee for downloading Adored the day they download - Have Adored's website getadored.com Feel free to be creative in messaging. If you were a customer at the coffee shop this card needs to be something that would grab your attention and get you to download the app.
Our website is out of date so please do not use it as a reference for where to begin. We're looking for something that feels fun, energetic, modern and inspiring.
