Our company rehabilitates pipe work without excavation via a technique called pipe relining.
What's your vision?
As part of our service, we offer a 35 year guarantee on relined pipe work. We require a guarantee to be designed to send to our clients so the client understands the section of the pipe work that has been relined and also the year that the guarantee expires.
The guarantee requires a section to manually enter: - customer name - customer address - section of the pipe work that has been relined (this section will need to have at least 4-5 lines available. - expiry date of the guarantee. - date of the next annual inspection The idea is that we will print out the certificate and enter the information by hand. The size of the paper is A4. The certificate can be one A4 page or it can be folded like a brochure. Because the pipes that are rehabilitated are under the ground, this is their proof that the pipes have been fixed so we want the client to feel good about their investment. The finished product will be glossy. I have attached an old version of the guarantee. We want something more inviting and also the guarantee has changed from 20 years to 35 years. We need the information included in the footer to be on the certificate but not the fax number. Somewhere on the guarantee (maybe on the back) we would like to include some information about the company.
