We provide physical therapy services in an office setting for active individuals recovering from an injury.

I would like a flyer which we can post in our office. The flyer will describe our "WEAR it to WIN it" program. With this program we ask our patients to wear their company t-shirt to their appointment with us. Each time they do so they are entered into a raffle to win a $25 gift card. Winners are chosen once per month. The purpose of the flyer is to promote the program so our patients wear our company t-shirt (with logo) to our clinic and anywhere else they may go that day.

I would like the flyer to briefly describe the program in as few words as possible, contain our logo (attached), and some other graphics to attract attention.
