Hello, Here is a brief regarding a satisfaction survey document which we ask our all clients to fill in the day of payment and when the project closure date is established. This document is to be done in both digital form and hard copy. For the digital format, please find a way of integrating the form on the home page of the loyalty membership space. See form attached. I think you can incorporate it on the dashboard page. For the hard copy, please put forward a nice design, polished and balanced. You can find attached the current document. Please don’t follow the form in this document. The background should also change. We have provided important modifications concerning questions for clients. The aim is to collect all important information on the technical part and on customer relations that we have with our clients. I will leave you to evenly distribute the page which should be composed of three main parts: 1 – Contact details 2 – Questions about technical intervention 3 – Questions on our customer relationship 1 – Contact details The sentence below should remain the same: We’re interested in your opinion: In tally with our quality control and to maintain constant satisfaction, we would like you to note your opinion on the work we carried out.
