Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a B-toB company, in the business of helping restaurants buy food supplies from their wholesale food suppliers. Our solution includes a website and mobile app where restaurants can easily place orders online with their wholesale food suppliers. Our website (currently outdated) currently reflects the software side of our business. But we are introducing a new service, where we will 1) actually do the shopping for our restaurant customers at Restaurant Depot (a costco-type warehouse where restaurants shop for their supplies) and 2) deliver these supplies to the restaurants.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
A 7"x 5" postcard that we will pass out at Restaurant Depot locations (in the parking lot, and leave on the counter there). Postcard will announce our delivery service to these Restaurant Depot buyers. This will not be mailed, so can fully use both sides (dont need address block space). Objective is for restaurant owners to visit our website to learn more (and while at our website, sign up for our service). The call to action should be clear and stand out.
-Restaurant Depot logo
-Nix tagline: Delivering Savings to Restaurants
-Image of our iPhone or website app (can get from our website) to convey our technical bent
-Inclusion of apple and android icons
-Clear call to action - go to http://www.nix86.com
-Space for an offer (Like $25 off first delivery)
The front of the postcard should be clean, easy to read, not cluttered
The rear of the postcard can contain more details
Redoing our website (http://www.nix86.com) is our next project so do not feel tied to look/feel of our current website. We do have files for all of our sites images though, so can make available if you'd like to incorporate any. But feel free to start fresh.
