Design a Postcard Describing our Carpet Cleaning Process

We are a home service company. We clean carpet, tile, and upholstery. We also clean, seal and polish natural stone. We also clean & put down protection on hand knotted area rugs.

This postcard is going to be sent to 5 or 10 homes around the home we just finished work in. For example: We finish Mrs. Jones house and we want to let her neighbors know we just cleaned in their neighborhood. This 4x6 post card I'd like to emphasize our carpet cleaning system. We are the only ones who uses steam cleaning while also getting their carpets 90% dry. We are also the only ones confident enough to give a 1 year spot and spill warranty to our customers if they get their carpet protected. Plus have a 100% money back guarantee if they are not happy. We use big fans called "air path" or "studabakers" to dry carpet quickly. It's the best in the market. This is one of 16 cards I need made. I'd like to work with the winning designer to make other cards for me on a 1 to 1 project.

So this 4x6 postcard is kind of a "hey we were in your area cleaning carpet we want to let you know we exist and want you to give us a try" type of card. I attached some pictures I used on a postcard. I don't mind if you use some of the wording. I would like you to try to make it a better layout. I think I like the way it looks but feel free to change it up but try to highlight the things that seperate us from the rest of the carpet cleaners out there.
