Design an A5 4 page leaflet for national AA convention

This is for a client of ours who seeks a design for an up and coming convention

This is an A5 flyer to be sent out to meetings of Alcoholics Annoymous (AA) to promote and up and coming convention. The convention theme is: 'As Bill Sees It' - this is one of the founders of the organisation. If you search online for 'as bill sees it' you can find references and images of the cover of the standard book the organisation uses - however it is very bland just text on red not great. The convention details for the event are below - it is a 4 page A5 leaflet required. Front cover..... As Bill Sees It Sunday 30th September 10.30am - 4.15pm Venue Weetwood Hall and Conference Centre Otley Road Leeds LS16 5PS AA, Alanon and Polish Speaking Group Participation with closed meetings in the morning and a shared platform in the afternoon. Entrance Fee £ tbc Page 2 ..... LEAVE BLANK FOR NOW Page 3 .... format of the days times etc. As Bill Sees It - 10am to 4pm Registration from 9am Morning session starts at 10am: This is an AA closed meeting Please note a closed Al-Anon meeting is also running in an adjoining conference room Welcome - Closed Platform Meeting (AA) - Break for Tea at 11am – 11.30am - Closed Platform Meeting (AA) Break for Lunch at 12.15pm Afternoon session 1.15pm: This is a Shared Platform open meeting The Sobriety Countdown followed by: - Open Platform Meeting (AA and Al Anon) - Break for Tea at 2.15pm – 2.45pm - Open Platform Meeting (AA and Al Anon) Final Closing of Meeting from 3.30pm Raffle followed by: - Spiritual Close by both AA and Al Anon - Thank you and closing of meeting Refreshment available on the day. Tea and coffee at £xx per person and a sandwich, crisps and drink option for £xx at lunch. Persons wanting to eat in the hotel restaurant must make a table reservation direct with the hotel in advance to avoid disappointment as the venue is popular and other events will be on on the same day. It also shows the layout for page 3 to help. The office (AA) logo you can grab off this pdf as that will also need to go on the leaflet __________________________________________________________________________ In terms of the design, it is a spiritual organisation not religious - the illness alcoholism affects people of all backgrounds, ethnicity, age, colour, creed, rich and poor - so maybe as a thought something which could show lots of different peoples faces showing how diverse the organisation is (just a thought) or something 'visionary'.... The organisation is offering 'hope' a 'solution' to those who suffer, a brighter light, a new way of living, positivity etc. I hope this helps
