We are re-branding our vending machine company from Nutrivend Inc. to Shooga. We've learned that the name Nutrivend is used by others in California and in the UK so we wanted something new, different, simple, and versatile.
Shooga currently provides vending services in a local university and primarily focuses on healthy snacking. We try to look for ingredients that don't contain artificial flavors, are part of the non-gmo project, organic (not always), allergy-friendly, and all things good. We value food and what goes into our bodies and we want to help change the way people snack, but also satisfy certain cravings. For sweet tooth cravings, we are trying to find the same snack, but without the nasty ingredients. For instance, Kellogg rice krispie treats would be replaced with Annie's Homegrown Crispy Snack because they use better ingredients like organic cane sugar and real vanilla flavor and vanilla extract! P.S. we are always changing snacks for the better...if we find something new on the market and absolutely love the ingredients/taste/cost, we will introduce it in our machines. We also like suggestions from customers so we started a virtual suggestion box!
We would love to target large accounts such as local universities, corporate offices, co working spaces, etc... Places where there is a lot of foot traffic and a need for good snacks.
Our machines are aesthetically pleasing and have credit card readers, apple/google pay, drop sensor (detects if the snack purchased dropped successfully, if it doesn't' then you don't get charged if you used a credit card), refrigerated (which allows us to have a combination of snacks and drinks all in one machine). For corporate offices or co-working spaces we are looking to use a micro-market concept that allows customers to "self-checkout" items. The micro-market would be designed specifically to fit the space available.
