Design a cool and happy FLYER for an ice cream business

We manufacture products to facilitate the work of proffessionals in the food service industry. We specialize in delicious pre mixes to elaborate irresistable desserts. Our main costumers are ice cream shops, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, etc. In this project our main focus is our: "SOFT SERVE" line of products.
The target audience is usually a business owner looking to make a good profit in his business by offering their costumers great products . They are always on the challenge of differentiate and search for better ingredient options .

We need to develop a flyer for our Soft Serve line of products.
The main objective is to help our salespeople sell more products.
We want potential costumers to know our brand, what we do and the products we offer.
The look and feel should trasmit the audience the following feelings: indulgence, happiness, fun, creativity, coolness.
You can feel free to propose something new for the brand in terms of images, pictures, design, etc. This is something new so feel free to use your hole creativity.
The project is in spanish so i am trying to have the best descriptions for the text so you can focus on designs.
In the power point I am attaching there are several notes to guide you in each element. PLEASE LOOK AT THEM
The flyer should be an A4 and use bothe sides.
The images on the power point are only a reference.

We have other pieces that we will like to work after this: stickers, promo flyers, tags, etc. If we get a cool design we would love to work in this new pieces with the same concept.
