I am looking for a custom designed envelope. The purpose behind the custom designed envelope is for direct response mail - the sheer creativity & thoughtfulness of the design will intrigue them so much, they can't wait to open it. Professionally I am a commercial insurance broker. The target audience are commercial property managers in Utah. I will be placing a 1-5 pages of paper inside (the sales letter). Please don't limit yourself & your creativity by these dimensions. The envelope can be larger - just need the ability to place 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper inside. It would be awesome if the way the envelope is opened, was unique, creative & different. Perhaps something like envelope origami. Either I will be folding these into an envelope or my print shop will be. I will share some basic ideas of what I had in mind, but don't limit yourself to these ideas: - I was imagining the exterior of the envelope to be the city-scape of down town Salt Lake City, Utah with the mountains in the background on one side of the envelope. Not sure what to do on the other side. - the inside of the envelope could be a map - just an idea. I don't have any other ideas as to what else we could put on the inside. - would love some direction on the type of material that would be used - that we would print this design on Ultimately my objective here is to create a thoughtful, creative, "wow that is cool" envelope concept. Where the prospect feels important & hand selected. FYI - I do not want my logo a part of the design. I am after more of a conspicuous/creative feel.
