We are a full service renovation company that has a 6000 sq foot design studio in Calgary, AB. We are targeting one of our home builders clients for basement developments. Potential clients would have us complete their basement development after they move in to their new home....

I want a postcard or flyer created illustrating us as full service renovation and design company. Basically these flyers are going to be sitting in showhomes (model homes) and the sale team is going to be giving them to clients that purchase a new home...The client is not purchasing the new home from us, it will be from one of the builders we work closely with, but they do not develop basements....We want to target these customers to finish their basement for them.... A little bit about the process: The customer would call us and we would come out and provide a complimentary consultation to develop their basement. After we have worked out a preliminary budget number based on their requirements we will have them into our full service design studio to make their basement selections with a designer....We can also take it one step after the renovation and offer space planning, furniture purchase and set up for their home As an incentive to do your renovation with us we would like to offer 1.) free underpad for your carpet 2.) 2 free hours of design service 3.)
