Create a menu for Go Bistro - Asian Fusion Bar & Grill inside San Francisco Int'l Airport

We are an Asian Fusion restaurant and bar inside the San Francisco International Airport. We cater primarily to business travelers in the 30-60 age range. You can visit the restaurant website at www.gobistrosfo.com

We are trying to decide between doing a big 11x17 portrait layout menu (1 page front + 1 page back) vs., the 4-page bi-fold menu (inside left, inside right, outside front, outside back) that we originally used. If you can submit both versions, that would be great. I already designed one myself in PowerPoint but it is not print ready nor does it have the modern look that I would like. The restaurant was built in 2006 and looks outdated. The menu doesn't have to match the decor of the restaurant. I would like it to look more classy, clean, and contemporary with an Asian feel.

Please use the text and menu item groupings/categories from the powerpoint files. The food photos may need to be lightened/sharpened. Also, the final files will need to be editable and also print ready with full bleed.
