We provide home care services in the Central Ohio Area. We provide home health aides, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

We need a one-sided flyer to post in colleges, community centers and churches to help recruit caring and compassionate individuals to work with families that have a child with special needs. Most of the employees that we find work well in this role are college students that are studying in a related field (special education, behavioral health, nursing, a therapy discipline etc). Also, anyone that has experience with Autism in their family or community. Our website is www.carecolumbus.com and we will be also creating a landing page based on the design on this flyer at www.carecolumbus.com/ABA. The ABA stands for Applied Behavioral Analysis which is the service we provide to the clients and the employees are essentially assistants to the ABAs. We provide training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, health benefits for full-time employees and the position can be very rewarding for the right type of person. We Since this flyer will be the basis of the landing page and other communication, we are open to any designs. I have attached a copy of our logo and company name to use.

The basic job description is attached and gives an idea of the job duties. Essentially, during the school year these employees help get the child prepared for school in the morning, including dressing, feeding, cleaning and then in the evenings they will help them back into the home and assist with learning programs and daily living skills. The hours are flexible to accommodate any schedule and employees can work 2 -40 hours based on their availability. The starting wage is $10/hour
