Magicball did a great job of developing a new PowerPoint template for us with slide formats that will work for many different types of information. We will definitely use him again.
Excellent designers, very responsive.
It was a pleasure to work with Zoush on the re-design of my 3-page web application.
There was a lot of back-and-forth out of necessity, but Zoush was patient and accommodating. Zoush was the most thoughtful of the designers and suggested some very good ideas.
I was not expecting the process to go as well as it did. I highly recommend that you consider Zoush for your next project.

Who are you known as?
The Institute of Reading Development
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Institute teaches online summer reading skills programs to students of all ages, through programs offered as a community outreach by various university extended education departments.
The goal of each program is to build age-appropriate reading and study skills and to stimulate a deep engagement with books and imaginative literature. The individualized programs include support from a professional reading teacher, effective materials, independent reading in great books, and engaging online instruction.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
The Institute seeks a new design for a flyer geared towards middle school students that lists programs for 6th-11th graders, ages 11 through 17. The flyer is sent to schools, passed out in class by teachers, and taken home by students to be read by parents. The current flyer used has been uploaded for your reference, entitled Secondary Distance Base.
The aim of the new design is to appeal to middle school students to encourage them to take the flyer home to their parents, resulting in more inquiries and students than our current flyer.
The successful design will be contemporary with clean lines that echo the feel of the technology with which middle school students are accustomed to interacting such as websites, smart phones and tablets. We would like the design to connect the feeling of adventure found through reading great literature with the feeling of adventure found through discovering and using technology. In addition, we would like the flyer to embody a feeling of warmth and fun.
Copy and Specifications
The Institute’s Marketing Project Manager, Kimberly Gleaves, will be overseeing the design process and will supply specific headlines and text descriptions to be used in the flyer, and a university logo that must be featured in the design.
The design will be for 8.5” x 11” letter size paper to be printed front and back, and can be designed portrait or landscape. The Institute will accept Photoshop file; however an InDesign file that can be opened in CS5 is preferred. The design must be easily converted to black and white (one color version). Alternately, you may submit a black and white version.
