Looking for a Requitment add that will draw attention to top candidates and stand out from most job adds

Looking for the add design to inspire the passion and nostalgia of working in the field with farms to help produce food to feed a growing world population . Would like the Sure Growth Technologies and one of the Agritrend Logo's to be used in the add. Can be a 8 x 11 format. Would prefer fairly clean design that would still be easy to read and recognize if it is printed smaller to fit into some of the print add that we may put out.
