Call to action poster for a mobile app offering new services

Product is a mobile app that offers event details to people interested in the happenings in local scene. Target audience are smartphone users
What's your vision?
The idea is in exploration phase, I need offline marketing posters, flyers that will engage users in downloading the app and trying out new service. It doesn't have to be perfect, since it won't be a final design for a brand. App is android only at the moment. Poster would need to communicate three things 1) download the app, 2) do something with that app (scan a QR code which is a main part) while you're still on the poster and 3) enjoy the results.
I would need several variants, since those flyers would be placed in some pubs/shops and have some location specific content. QR in particular, which would be provided. There is already some initial design which doesn't have to be the basis for your work, but the logo should be included. I'll provide the content. As I mentioned above, it's an exploration phase, speed is more important than the perfection, and I really mean it. I'm not searching for the unique solutions I would need poster that has different motives, depending on the context where they are stored - in pubs (announcing a app feature that you can get information about the next live music there) - in cake shop (announcing some discounts) - general app poster, without the central QR code, just used for communicating the idea the app is out there
