What's your vision?
We’re looking for a creative, talented graphic designer/illustrator to design a piece of print marketing collateral that will be used in retail point-of-sale environment for White Claw hard seltzer. We’re looking to establish a relationship for ongoing work. The Gist First, we print branded material on a thin piece of substrate. Then, a portion of the material is cut out with a laser. Then, we overlay the remaining piece atop of a small LCD monitor, effectively creating a branded skin over a digital area. I’ve uploaded a number of examples of the final product including a real-life application video.
Key Takeaways -The skin must cover the entire monitor perimeter – we don’t want the corners of the bezels sticking out -The “digital window(s)” should only be cut out of the area over the LCD display, not the bezel (see “Display window safe area” layer in the template) -In the attached example “Patron Ex 1".jpg” you can see how the cut line will cover all parts of monitor bezel, and how the interior cut window is only over the display area -Art can be made in landscape or portrait orientation -We’re looking for creativity and literal outside the box thinking – shapes besides rectangles are more interesting -You can use brand assets found on the web, or create your own -Can have multiple “digital windows” in a single piece – see attached “Layerable_Barefoot example.png” Art Specs -Final files should be created at-scale in Adobe Illustrator -CMYK @ 300ppi -Embed all image links, outline text -Include a minimum 1/8” bleed -Include a 1px magenta (0, 100, 0, 0) die line around areas cut (stroke aligned to outside) -Include a 75% opacity white fill for areas cut inside art -Print art should be on one layer, cut areas separate layer (see Layerable_Patron_example".ai for example how to organize layers) Download assets including video example: https://we.tl/t-5j3UnuVnxB
