We need a bold design for a postcard for our direct mail business

We offer direct mail marketing services to our clients. Our business is located in Virginia, in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., and we have been in business for more than 17 years. Our main product is a package of advertising postcards that our clients (small, local businesses) use to generate leads. The primary audience (potential clients) that will receive the postcard will be owners of small businesses. These potential customers include owners of, or heads of marketing for, businesses such as landscaping companies, interior designers, kitchen and bath remodelers, furniture stores, local restaurants, day spas and jewelry shops.

We are looking for a design for a 4 x 6 postcard that we will mail to potential clients to encourage them to use our direct mail marketing services. The message we want to convey is that direct mail is an effective marketing tool and will generate more leads for the recipient's business by reaching thousands of customers in Northern Virginia. The call to action is to call, email or check us out on the web to start generating more leads. We want the piece to be bold / creative / stand out from other direct mail. Most of our other collateral has a blue (Pantone 298c / Hex #42aaea) theme. The card will need to allow for postage and address to be included on the back. I've attached a copy of our logo, a copy of the (boring) marketing card we are currently using along with some cards we've seen on 99designs and elsewhere that we like. I've also attached the specs for the back of the card so that an address and postage can be included.

We want to convey to potential clients that direct mail is an important for reaching their customers. It is not the only tool, but it's a complement to other marketing such as Google Ads.
